REFUND AND STATUTORY WARRANTY POLICY
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Provider: Astrxl AI Vision
1. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY & PRE-PURCHASE VERIFICATION
Before completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for verifying that their device meets all published minimum and recommended system requirements (including operating system, CPU, RAM, GPU architecture, VRAM, and third-party driver dependencies). These requirements are clearly disclosed on the product page prior to checkout.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & IMMEDIATE DIGITAL ACCESS (EU/UK CONSUMERS)
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content (license key or access token), you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that once access credentials or license keys are generated and delivered, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law is waived, except where non-waivable rights apply by mandatory local legislation.
3. GENERAL POLICY: FINAL SALES
Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, sales are final upon delivery. Refunds, credits, or cancellations will NOT be issued for:
- Purchasing without verifying published system requirements or GPU/VRAM compatibility.
- Performance issues, slow execution, or failures resulting from underpowered, unsupported, or incompatible hardware.
- Change of mind or failure to read the product description prior to purchase.
- License suspension or access loss resulting from a breach of the Terms of Service.
4. STATUTORY CONSUMER WARRANTY & DEFECT EXCEPTIONS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your non-waivable rights under mandatory local consumer protection law (such as statutory guarantees of digital content conformity under EU Directive 2019/770). Refunds or replacements will be processed in the following limited circumstances:
- Inherent Software Defects: Material bugs or failures of the software itself that render it incapable of running as advertised on fully compliant hardware, where such defect cannot be remedied by technical support within a reasonable timeframe.
- Non-Delivery / Duplicate Charges: Failure of the system to generate or deliver a functional key, or accidental duplicate billing transactions.
- Mandatory Legal Right: Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction mandate a refund that cannot be waived by contract.
Note: Operational disruptions caused by third-party anti-cheat software, third-party platform patches, or external hardware/driver changes occurring after purchase do not constitute an inherent software defect.
5. CONTACT & SUPPORT
For questions regarding hardware compatibility or statutory warranty inquiries, contact support prior to purchase or submit a request to our support portal.
