Terms of Service: Software License & Game Integrity Policy
1. Grant of License & Ownership
All software products, including Astrxl AI Vision, remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider. Upon purchase or download, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software. Purchase does not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.
2. Software Architecture & Technical Operation
Non-Invasive Functionality: The software operates solely through computer vision and external input processing. It does not access, read from, write to, inject into, or modify game memory, processes, system files, or executable binaries.
Client Integrity: The software makes no alterations to local client assets, game code, or client-side integrity verification systems.
3. Acknowledgement of Publisher Terms & Breach of Service
Third-Party TOS Violation: The user explicitly acknowledges that utilizing software intended for gameplay enhancement or automation violates the Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULA), or Rules of Conduct of third-party game developers and publishers (including, but not limited to, Electronic Arts Inc.).
User Assumption of Risk: The user accepts full legal and operational responsibility for any breach of third-party agreements resulting from their use of the software.
4. Anti-Cheat Detection & Account Liability Disclaimer
Detection Dynamics: Anti-cheat and security systems (both client-side and server-side) evolve continuously. The provider makes no representations or warranties regarding current or future detection status.
Behavioral & Server-Side Analysis: Account penalties (including temporary suspensions or permanent bans) may result from server-side telemetry, algorithmic behavioral analysis, automated updates, or manual administrator reviews.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The provider shall not be held liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, bans, loss of digital assets, or financial damages resulting from the use of the software.
5. Recommended Configurations & User Misconduct
Configuration Guidelines: Suggested settings or "safe" configurations provided by the developer are intended solely to mitigate risk and do not guarantee immunity from detection or account action.
Blatant Usage: Unnatural, excessive, or obvious usage patterns increase the risk of manual review and subsequent account termination. The user remains solely liable for all actions taken on their accounts.
1. Grant of License & Ownership
Intellectual Property: All software, code, algorithms, visual assets, and associated documentation (collectively, the "Software"), including Astrxl AI Vision, are the exclusive property of the Provider.
License Grant: Upon purchasing or downloading the Software, the user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and execute the Software for personal use. Purchase of a license does not constitute a sale or transfer of intellectual property rights, ownership, or underlying source code.
2. Software Architecture & Technical Operation
Non-Invasive Architecture: The Software functions strictly through real-time screen capture analysis (computer vision) and external peripheral/input processing. It does not inspect, read from, write to, inject code into, or modify any third-party game process, memory allocations, client binaries, or local installation files.
Client Integrity: The Software makes no modifications to local client assets, game binaries, or client-side integrity verification systems.
3. Acknowledgement of Publisher Terms & Breach of Service
Third-Party TOS Violation: The user explicitly acknowledges and agrees that utilizing gameplay enhancement, automation, or input modification software violates the Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULA), and Rules of Conduct of third-party game developers and publishers (including, but not limited to, Electronic Arts Inc. and similar entities).
User Responsibility: The user assumes full legal, operational, and financial responsibility for any breach of third-party agreements resulting from their acquisition or execution of the Software.
4. Anti-Cheat Detection & Account Liability Disclaimer
Evolving Detection Systems: Anti-cheat and security measures (both client-side and server-side) evolve continuously. The Provider makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the past, present, or future detection status of the Software.
Server-Side & Behavioral Analysis: Account penalties—including temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or hardware bans—may occur at any time due to server-side telemetry, algorithmic behavioral analysis, automated security updates, or manual administrator reviews.
"AS IS" Disclaimer: The Software is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Provider shall not be held liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, loss of digital assets, or financial damages resulting from the use of the Software.
5. Recommended Configurations & User Misconduct
Mitigation Guidelines: Suggested settings or "safe" configuration profiles provided by the developer are intended solely to mitigate risk and do not guarantee immunity from automated detection or manual account penalties.
Unnatural Usage Patterns: Blatant, unnatural, or excessive software usage significantly increases the likelihood of manual review and subsequent account termination. The user remains solely liable for all actions performed using their account.
6. Limitation of Liability & Damages Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Provider, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including, but not limited to, loss of accounts, digital assets, virtual currency, data, or profits—arising out of or connected with the use or inability to use the Software. The Provider’s total cumulative liability under any legal theory shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the user for the software license.
7. User Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider, its developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
The user’s breach of this Agreement;
The user’s violation of any third-party Terms of Service, EULA, or publisher agreement; or

8. No-Refund Policy & Digital Sales
All sales of digital software licenses are final and non-refundable upon key delivery or software activation. Account suspensions, bans, anti-cheat updates, software incompatibility, or service discontinuance do not entitle the user to a full or partial refund.
9. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Software shall be settled exclusively through binding individual arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: The user expressly waives any right to initiate, join, or participate in class-action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, or representative legal proceedings against the Provider.
10. Educational & Research Purpose
The Software is developed and made available solely for technical research, proof-of-concept testing, and educational exploration of real-time computer vision and digital signal processing. The Provider does not condone or support the unauthorized disruption of online gaming environments.
11. Right of Termination
The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke software licenses and access keys at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or financial liability.
